@Chris, did you run into any problems with limits (size) of conversation, archiving? I have seen this happen in some cases with basic Slack account

@Jim, HC has Slack. There don’t seem to be any limits.

Thanks, Gaby. I was assuming it was just the personal accounts (this cropped up when we were dealing with the 2019 crisis :) )

I’m curious how you “archive” this all of work that’s happening on different platforms…

The only issue I’ve had with slack is that now I sometimes can’t remember whether to search for a message or message thread on email or slack…! It’s one more platform that you need to search sometimes when you can’t find a particular message. Otherwise, it’s great!
